Every artisan partner undergoes our verification process. We conduct virtual studio visits, review production methods, and maintain ongoing relationships. Our team personally inspects samples and conducts periodic audits to ensure authenticity.

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you're not completely happy, return items in original condition for a full refund. For handmade goods, minor variations are features, not flaws—but if something arrives damaged, we'll replace it immediately.

Domestic orders typically arrive in 5-7 business days. International shipping ranges from 10-21 business days depending on destination. Some made-to-order items may take longer—we'll always provide estimated delivery dates at checkout.

Absolutely! Many of our artisans welcome custom commissions. Look for the "Customize" option on eligible products, or contact us with your vision. Custom orders typically require 4-8 weeks and a 50% deposit.
